From concept to production-ready electronics

Analysis & System Architecture
We analyse your requirements, define the system architecture and prepare a block diagram, preliminary component selection and an initial development and hardware cost estimate.
Schematics & Circuit Design
We design analogue and digital circuits, select suitable components and calculate key parameters such as power consumption, operating margins and system reliability.
PCB Design
We create production-ready PCB layouts with 3D models and manufacturing outputs. Our component libraries are maintained according to IPC-7351 guidelines.
Embedded Software & Firmware
We develop firmware for microcontrollers and ARM-based platforms, including device drivers, peripheral control and communication interfaces.
FPGA & CPLD Development
We use FPGA and CPLD technology where it can improve performance, flexibility or future upgradeability. Development is primarily carried out in Verilog and, where appropriate, VHDL.
Mechanical Design
We design the mechanical parts of the device and prepare CAD data, CNC outputs and technical drawings for production and assembly.
Documentation & Production Handover
We prepare manufacturing documentation and a technical report describing the product functionality, design decisions and integration requirements.
PCB assembly
We are able to assemble prototypes ourselves, which will speed up testing and preparation of final production.
