DIN-IPC Automation controller
IPC-MPPT is a module for charging batteries from PV panels with a dual phase converter and application of the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) function to recover the maximum power from the panels. The module can be controlled from the DIN-IPC system and the information about the achieved power, voltage and current can be obtained from the module. However, it also works independently, e.g. if the battery is drained and system is without power, it can start recharging the battery by itself. It includes an output for the battery and an output for any load, which can be disconnected according to the requirements and the state of charge of the battery.
IPC-CAN485 is an expansion module for the IPC-CPUF407 with one CAN and one RS-485 interface. Both interfaces are galvanically isolated, allow the connection of a 120Ω termination resistor and have a 5V power supply for possible connection of external resistors for bus biasing.
IPC-DIOxAIx is a module of digital inputs and outputs and analog inputs. It is produced in several variants depending on the number of DIO and AI parts. One DIO part contains 2 isolated digital inputs (12/24/48V) and one digital output (max 48V). The AI part contains 4 analog inputs according to 0-10V, 4-20mA and PTC/NTC thermometer variants.
IPC-LCDMCU is an IPS LCD display for displaying operating information from the IPC-CPUF407 controller, which also allows control using a rotary controller. It contains a parallel interface for transferring data to the display and a serial I2C interface for other inputs and outputs.
IPC-CPUF407 is a DIN-IPC series controller for industrial and IoT applications. Its advantage is that it can be mounted in low profile distribution boards with the same profile as conventional circuit breakers. It includes the STM32F407 microcontroller, which supports Ethernet network interface, SDIO is used for Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as a wide range of other interfaces. It is therefore suitable for devices requiring either wired or wireless internet connectivity for data acquisition and control.
